Just when you though it couldn't get much worse....
the starting pitcher gives up SEVEN earned runs in less than TWO innings pitched ~ youch!!
And it all started so well 2, 2-out runs in the first. But the Rangers tied it up in the bottom of the inning and then came the 3rd and they never looked back.
At least Luke was able to save the bullpen ... small conciliation, but likely just large enough to land him a chance at a spot in the rotation...
Look on the bright side .... they get to come to Sunny San Diego for the weekend !!!! Go Pads !!

ReplyDeleteTravis is going tonight ..... It was going to be Japanese Heritage night but ..... it got cancelled, guess there aren't enough of them to come see Ichiro ..... Go Pads !!
