g132 | nice bounce back

Mariners 5 | Twins 4

Wasn't able to listen/watch this one, just followed here and there on AtBat...

Pitching roller coaster...
Blake Beavan was shaky early, giving up two runs in the 1st, but then settled down and shut out the Twins for the rest of his outing. Pryor made things interesting in the 8th by giving up a homer that also scored an inherited runner (from Furbush). The Bartender had his ups and downs before earning his 21st save (walk, fly out, walk, strike out, groundout)

As for the O...
They scored both early (one in the 1st) and often (four in the 6th)
Really nice to see Guti having early success in his return - two more hits and two more runs scored.
The 6th show-cased their small-ball ability with walks, singles and sac flies.
