~ Russell with an RBI double before leaving with a stiff back
~ Jamey .... not so good
~ Offense ... even worse (bases loaded twice and nothing to show for it)
I'm tired.
How are M's fans reacting to Big Z and this season in general?!
ReplyDeleteI think this is the worst it could have gone.
Outside of Vargas (Fister' dl sting screwed him), no one is really overachieving and if they started the whole season over again...I don't think they'd be in 1st, but maybe 41-51?!
I'm sorry it's been such a disaster of a season, but there is definitely hope on the horizon!
Reaction is mixed. Yes, it is the absolute worst it could have gone (well, 'cept for the the starting pitching). Not only is no one OVER-achieving... most nights, there are at least 5-6 hitting WELL below their career average. If just a couple of those guys hit the back of their baseball card, things could be different.
