Missed most of this one....
and I guess that was a good thing, as it appears Mr. Fister is human after all. He did get through six innings but allowed four homers (to the Royals?) and one of those to old pal Yuni B.
"I believe I still have some fans here in Seattle," Betancourt said. "It's an amazing feeling."
And another anomoly...
the M's only homer was off the bat of Jack Wilson (his first as a Mariner) but it was way too little, way too late.
