Unless you count Millwood's outing...
~ loaded the bases in the first yet but, got out of it giving up just one run
~ all kinds of damage in the second (2 singles, 2 doubles, a walk and FOUR runs)
~ then he retired the side in the 4th AND 5th
~ loaded the bases again in the 6th but, escaped with no further damage
~ so, yes, he gave up 5 runs in 5 innings but, it seemed like it was going to be SO. much. worse.

The BP was solid again...
~ Shawn Kelley gave up solo shot (Fielder's 5th) but great to see him back for TWO full innings
~ L & L (Luetge and League) with a combined TWO scoreless
the offense did a decent job vs. Verlander and the rest of the Tiggers...
~ at least got him to 100 pitches after 5 innings
~ Seager continues to scorch, another 2 hits and 2RBI
~ Ackley and Ryan also seem to be thriving in their newly ensconced 1 & 2 spots respectively
~ patience showing up with 6 walks tonight
~ made it exciting in the 9th again with the first TWO on via walk and Jesus up with the bases loaded and TWO outs - but up a good AB but flew out to the right field stands that a fan make a great catch.
Well, no matter what happens tomorrow, the M's will have winning recorsd vs. Detriot this season.
