Just a liiiiiitttle too close for comfort...
Frankly, I think I prefer the 1-0 variety (at least that way you know the pitching is in command) but, a WIN is a WIN and I'll take it!
It was all offense, all the time tonight (on both sides) but the M's hang on by the skin of their teeth to give Carlos his first victory in over a year. Also nice to see the "D" playing like we know they can.
SWEEP would be SWEET ~ but the fact that the series win is already in the bag is the important thing.
(first time since 2006 that the M's have taken a series against the Halos in Anaheim)
