...in the first inning when Felix turned his ankle, but he gutted it out and more than earned his first W of the season.

"Felix set the tone in a big way tonight," said Don Wakamatsu after winning his first big-league game as a manager. "He pitched with passion tonight. We talked about that with him in spring training. We wanted him to come out and pitch with some heart. He showed that tonight. He was phenomenal."
