g61 | Un-happy Felix day...

Mariners 1 | White Sox 5

By the 3rd inning, Felix had given up 5 runs...
Surprise, surprise.  Another homer for Konerko (his NINTH in-a-row vs. the M's).  But, Felix gutted it out and would have made it through seven if it weren't for Figgins' error  6.2IP - 8H - 5ER - 2BB - 5K

And the bats, vs. Humber, ICY cold...
0 fer 5 w/RISP (but none of those nifty "runs w/o a hit" like vs. the Yanks).  But, it was good to see both Guti and Carlos tally two hits and Luis had a hit and walked once.  Miggy had the lone RBI via a sac-fly and Figgy finally got a hit.

Wedge was none too happy...
A thousand words, and all.

With the loss tonight, the M's snap their series-winning streak at six.  It's also the first time since May 13th that they have lost consecutive games (when they lost the last in a string of 6-in-a-row).  Here's hoping the string doesn't get to three.
