Prior to the game, Erik Bedard and Chris Gimenez were placed on the 15-day DL
Josh Bard and Jose Yepez were recalled from AAA Tacoma

- Dustin homered and drove in two
- Josh, fresh up from AAA, for DL'ed Gimenez, doubled and drove in one
- Eric Wedge was tossed in the 2nd inning (first ejection as Mariners skipper)
