So...
since I haven't been feeling well, I listened to the game on the radio as I dozed in and out of full awareness.
Another game that I'm hoping is not the season in microcosm.
Started out great...
~ Wash was on (retiring the first six batters he faced)
~ loved the three bunts in an inning resulting in two runs - I LOVE small ball!
~ now almost expected, a Russell homer
And it went directly to horrendous...
~ errors and misplays
~ pitching collapse by the starter AND the relievers
Maybe this one was better left unheard :-(
Tonight (though still no quite up to par) I plan to be there in person.
